The Bridge is a family business that grew out of the dream of one of the partners who studied Culinary Arts and specialized in French Pastry. The Sarnia-Lambton region, which includes the lush Village of Point Edward was our choice of home. We realized we could add value to the community by offering our best.
The differential is associated with the production of macarons, cakes, tartelettes, crème Brulée, and sweet and savory croissants, which harmonize perfectly with the locally roasted specialty coffees from equally family-run and gourmet companies, carefully prepared by our baristas. The cozy atmosphere is part of the gastronomic and pleasurable experience we aim to achieve. Transforming ordinary moments into memorable memories will be our goal.
