Committee minutes will be posted prior to the Council meetings. Committees make recommendations to Council but Council may adopt, reject or vary any Committee recommendation at their Council meeting.

One exception is the Point Edward Police Services Board. Their minutes do not require Council adoption and will not be posted until they have been formally adopted by the Board. Board highlights will be posted following each meeting.
