The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the overall operation of all Departments within the municipality. The C.A.O. ensures that the policies as adopted by Council are implemented in a timely and effective manner.

The Clerk is responsible for the preparation and safekeeping of all records of the Corporation and for preparing agendas and taking the minutes of all meetings. The Clerk acts as the Co-ordinator for all requests under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
